- Return unopened/unused items within 30 days for full refund
- Used gear eligible for returns within 14 days if defective/damaged

- Complete decks must include all original components (trucks, wheels, bearings)
- Griptape must be ≥80% intact (we know you test-drove it!)
- Protective gear must be clean/unscuffed for safety compliance
